We work hard to do things differently and delight our people, and affirmations like this are so heartwarming.🙏  Of course, it’s easy when your clients are such lovely people.😊

Here’s the backstory:

Remember 🎶”Lake Boulevard”🎶?😂

Ann & Bob had a lovely condo with stunning views of Lake Michigan, and Ann is a talented musician, so naturally we had to be a little extra with a music video for their listing.😜 The results? Lots of attention on the condo, lots of smiles and laughter, multiple offers, and under contract for over-asking in 5 days.🙌

The buying process took a bit longer. 18 months from when we first started looking until they moved into the perfect fit. And that’s ok! I always tell my clients “I’m not in a hurry, unless you are!” We can move fast when necessary, but we’re also happy to be patient with the journey. In this case we did a lot of exploring! Different cities, different types of homes and properties, several “almost, but not quite right.” The search included listed properties, and several different off-market explorations. And ultimately, all the hard work paid off when we found the perfect off-market home and worked out a win-win with the homeowner that everybody felt great about.😀🙌 

One of my favorite parts of this role is sharing life with my people. Journeying together. Really getting to know them. Who they are. What’s important. Finding the perfect fit, and creating a connection that lasts long past closing day.
