Why making a music video?🤔 Several reasons. 

#1 - To get more eyeballs on a property.👀 This video got tens of thousands of views in just 4 days and helped my clients (who were in a hurry) get multiple offers and sell on the first weekend.

#2 - To delight my people! I only make a music video if my clients are into it. They loved it! And so did the buyers. “This house comes with its own song!”😂

#3 - It’s just plain fun.😆 If you’re gonna do a thing, might as well go all the way and have as much fun as possible. It makes it a joyful experience for all involved.🙌

Does it make a difference? Every home we sold last year was under contract in 5 days!🤯

Remove stress. Spread Joy. Bring thoughtful intention to the whole process and take amazing care of people. That’s the job. What a gift.❤️
